Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be provided. If work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and materials used.

Review Period: We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days and respond with our decision.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Third-party software licenses or tools purchased on your behalf
  • Consultation fees for completed sessions
